Mike Deines is the second generation in his family to be in the financial services industry. He thrives on working under the advisor's direction to help find solutions for clients. As a financial analyst and paraplanner, he loves the challenge of researching cases and analyzing client goals to provide support to the financial professionals who help meet peoples' needs.
Mike specializes in pension analysis for KPERS members and out-of-state school system pension members. He knew he had found a home at Compass Financial Resources, LLC when he joined the company in the Fall of 2000, as his research and analysis skill set were a perfect fit.
Married to his wife, Wendy, since 2004, Mike loves to diet and exercise, as well as trekking to Mexico for vacations.
